The fair print

• Download any wallpaper for free and use it on your own screens, as often as you like.
• Don’t re-upload, sell or redistribute the files. Share a link to the wallpaper’s page instead.
• Sponsors and ads are always labelled, and we don’t vouch for what they sell.
• The site comes as it is. We try hard to get things right, but can’t promise perfection.

These terms apply to everyone who uses athiwalls.com and the files on it. By using the site you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use it. How we handle information is covered separately in the privacy policy.

You may download any wallpaper on Athiwalls for free and use it as a wallpaper, lock screen or background on screens you own or use: phones, tablets, computers, watches and TVs. You may crop, resize, recolour or blur it to make it fit. You don’t need to credit us for that, and you never need an account.

You may also post a screenshot or photo of your own screen with the wallpaper on it, on social media or anywhere else. A mention of Athiwalls or a link back is appreciated, never required.

You may not:

• upload the files to another wallpaper site, app, stock library or file-sharing service;
• sell them, include them in anything you sell, or print them for sale;
• use them in a logo, trademark, product, packaging or advertisement;
• add them to a dataset for training or testing machine-learning models;
• remove them from the site in bulk with scripts or scrapers;
• claim that you made them.

If you’d like to use a wallpaper for something these terms don’t cover, such as a video, a print or a product, write to hello@athiwalls.com and ask.

The site’s design, code, wallpaper descriptions and guides, and the way the gallery is selected, arranged and sorted, belong to Athiwalls. The licence above is the only permission we give to use the wallpapers; anything it doesn’t grant, we keep. “Athiwalls” and its wordmark are our name and mark; please don’t use them in a way that suggests we endorse you.

• Don’t try to break into, overload or disrupt the site or the counter that keeps likes and downloads.
• Don’t inflate likes or downloads with scripts, bots or anything else automated.
• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful, or to harm anyone else who uses it.

Athiwalls is paid for by sponsors and by ads from Google AdSense. Every sponsor card is labelled “Sponsored”, and its link is marked as paid for search engines. We choose sponsors carefully, but a sponsor card is not a recommendation: what a sponsor sells, and anything it claims, is between you and them.

AdSense ads are chosen by Google, not by us. We never place ads that look like download buttons or site navigation. If you see an ad that’s misleading or inappropriate, tell us at hello@athiwalls.com with the page it was on. To sponsor a slot yourself, see Sponsor a slot.

Guides, sponsor cards, ads and the share menu link to sites we don’t run. We aren’t responsible for their content, their products or how they treat your information.

We don’t publish copyrighted characters, brands or real people, and we never take wallpapers from other sites. If you believe a wallpaper uses your work without permission, write to hello@athiwalls.com with:

• the link to the wallpaper’s page;
• what it uses that’s yours, with a link to your original if you can;
• how we can reach you.

We take the wallpaper offline while we look into it, and tell you what we decided.

The site, the wallpapers and the guides are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. We keep the guides accurate as best we can, but phones and operating systems change their menus often, so a step may not match your device exactly. We may change, pause or remove any part of the site, including any wallpaper, at any time.

As far as the law allows, Athiwalls isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or the wallpapers. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited, or any rights you have as a consumer.

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and the new version applies from then on. Questions about them go to hello@athiwalls.com.
